Auto Pay

Overview

Auto Pay is a feature that allows users to automatically pay their installment contracts on iFlux Global without manual intervention at each due date.

Once Auto Pay is enabled for a contract, the system will automatically deduct the required amount from your account balance and complete the payment on time. This helps you avoid late payments, penalties, and interruptions to your installment plan.

You can turn Auto Pay on or off for each contract individually, giving you full control over how you manage your payments.

Why Use Auto Pay?

  • Never miss an installment due date

  • Avoid late payment penalties

  • Enjoy a smoother, worry-free installment experience

  • Save time by eliminating manual payments

How Auto Pay Works

1. Enable Auto Pay

You can enable Auto Pay:

  • When creating a contract in the Installment Calculator

  • Or anytime later from the Active Contracts management page

Each contract can have Auto Pay enabled or disabled independently.

2. Automatic Payments

When a payment is due:

  • The system automatically deducts the payment amount from your account balance

  • Your installment is processed without any manual action required

If Auto Pay is not enabled, you can still pay manually as usual.

3. What Happens If My Balance Is Not Enough?

If your account balance is not sufficient:

  • The system will automatically pay the contracts created earlier first

  • Contracts that cannot be paid will remain unpaid

  • You will receive an email asking you to top up your balance to avoid late penalties

If your balance is too low to pay any contract:

  • No automatic payment will be made

  • You simply need to add more funds to continue

4. Turn Auto Pay On or Off Anytime

You are always in control:

  • Enable or disable Auto Pay at any time for each Active contract

  • Changes take effect immediately and apply to upcoming payments

Auto Pay is designed to make installment payments simple, reliable, and stress-free. Enable it once, keep your balance topped up, and let iFlux Global handle the rest.
